I had visited a few dealerships before coming here, and this was easily the most comfortable experience. The staff listened to what I wanted instead of immediately pushing a more expensive option. I looked at two vehicles, took a relaxed test drive, and received clear information about both. The car I bought was tidy, drove well, and came with all the paperwork organized. Even the financing conversation felt straightforward. I left feeling confident rather than exhausted, which has not always been my experience buying used cars.

    follow-up was frustrating

    I liked the car during the test drive, but a warning light appeared shortly after I brought it home. I called more than once and had trouble getting a clear answer about when they could inspect it. The issue may be minor, but the slow follow-up left me disappointed.

    happy with my SUV

    I stopped by to look at an SUV I had been considering and ended up taking it home. They gave me space to inspect it, answered my questions about maintenance, and did not make me feel rushed. The cabin was clean, the tires had good tread, and everything worked during the test drive. Signing took a reasonable amount of time, and the terms were explained in plain language. I have been driving it regularly with no surprises. I would feel comfortable sending a friend here.
