I drove over after being told the vehicle was available, only to learn it had already been sold. Nobody called me back, and the staff acted like my wasted trip was no big deal.

I stopped in just to browse and ended up finding a car that fit what I needed. The salesperson listened to my budget instead of steering me toward something more expensive. I was given plenty of time for the test drive, and they pointed out a few minor cosmetic marks before I noticed them myself. The numbers were presented clearly, with no surprise add-ons at the end. The car was washed and ready when I returned to pick it up. I’d shop here again.

I liked the vehicle and the staff was polite, but the paperwork took too long and the interior needed another cleaning.

I bought a used crossover here and the process was much easier than I expected. The car was clean, drove well, and matched what I had been told before arriving. Everyone was patient while I reviewed the numbers. Even after the sale, they followed up to make sure I didn’t have any questions.
