a genuinely pleasant experience
I stopped in just to browse and ended up finding a car that fit what I needed. The salesperson listened to my budget instead of steering me toward something more expensive. I was given plenty of time for the test drive, and they pointed out a few minor cosmetic marks before I noticed them myself. The numbers were presented clearly, with no surprise add-ons at the end. The car was washed and ready when I returned to pick it up. I’d shop here again.

complete waste of my time

best car buying experience yet
I had been shopping around for a reliable used pickup and kept running into pushy salespeople. That was not the case here. I was allowed to look over the truck at my own pace, take a proper test drive, and ask plenty of questions about its condition and history. The trade appraisal was explained to me instead of just having a number placed in front of me. Financing took some time, but they kept me updated and offered options without pressuring me into extras. Before I left, they gave the truck another quick cleaning and made sure I understood the paperwork. I’m very happy with what I bought and how I was treated.

some good, some frustrating
I’m satisfied with the car itself, but the buying process could have been better. The vehicle drove nicely and appeared to be in good condition, and the salesperson was friendly during the test drive. Once we started discussing financing, though, I spent a lot of time waiting without much explanation. I also noticed the fuel tank was nearly empty when I was ready to leave, and one of the interior features had not been demonstrated. They did answer my questions once I asked and corrected a paperwork issue before I signed. Overall, I don’t regret the purchase, but stronger communication and a little more attention before delivery would have improved my experience.
