This was my first time financing a car, so I had a lot of questions and honestly felt nervous walking in. The team was patient and went through the down payment, monthly terms, and required documents without making me feel rushed. I looked at several options before choosing a sedan that was clean inside and drove well on the test route. There was a short wait while the approval was completed, but they kept me updated instead of leaving me wondering. Before I left, they made sure I had copies of all the paperwork and understood what came next. I’m very pleased with the car and the way I was treated.

    no pressure at all

    I appreciated being able to walk around the lot without someone hovering over me. When I was ready, the salesman answered my questions and pulled the vehicle out for a test drive. He was straightforward about the mileage and financing options. The office staff also made the signing process easy to follow. My car was washed and ready when promised. I would definitely come back when my family needs another vehicle.
