no pressure at all
I appreciated being able to walk around the lot without someone hovering over me. When I was ready, the salesman answered my questions and pulled the vehicle out for a test drive. He was straightforward about the mileage and financing options. The office staff also made the signing process easy to follow. My car was washed and ready when promised. I would definitely come back when my family needs another vehicle.

nothing matched what I heard
I called ahead about a vehicle and was told it was available, but after I arrived, I spent a long time waiting before learning I couldn’t see it. The alternatives shown to me were not close to what I had asked for, and I felt pressured to discuss financing before even finding a car I liked. I drove across Hialeah for this visit and left frustrated. Better communication before I came in would have saved me a wasted trip.

worth the drive

happy with my suv
