I visited a few dealerships around Hialeah before stopping here, and this was easily the best experience. The salesperson actually listened to what I needed instead of showing me random cars. I took my time checking the interior, tires, and trunk, then went for a test drive. The numbers were presented clearly and there were no surprises when I signed. I left with a clean, comfortable vehicle and felt good about the whole deal.

    no pressure at all

    I appreciated being able to walk around the lot without someone hovering over me. When I was ready, the salesman answered my questions and pulled the vehicle out for a test drive. He was straightforward about the mileage and financing options. The office staff also made the signing process easy to follow. My car was washed and ready when promised. I would definitely come back when my family needs another vehicle.
