much easier than expected
I came in expecting a complicated approval process, but it was much easier than other places I tried. The salesperson explained the down payment, payment schedule, and warranty clearly without talking over me. I test drove two cars and chose the one that felt right. Buying a used car with credit problems can be embarrassing, but I never felt judged here. I told the salesperson what I could handle each week and what I needed for work. They showed me a few vehicles in my range, let me take my time test driving, and answered my financing questions. The paperwork was explained page by page, so there were no surprises when I signed. Before I left, they checked the fluids and made sure I understood the payment process. I’ve had the car for a while now and it starts every morning, the air blows cold, and the payment is manageable. I’d definitely come back.
