hard to get help
I was approved quickly, but the car started having issues soon after. Getting a call back from the lot was frustrating.

much easier than expected
I came in expecting a complicated approval process, but it was much easier than other places I tried. The salesperson explained the down payment, payment schedule, and warranty clearly without talking over me. I test drove two cars and chose the one that felt right. So far it has been reliable, and I’m very happy.
