I usually dread buying a car, but this was genuinely a pleasant experience. I came in with a few questions about a used SUV and was given direct answers without a rehearsed sales pitch. The staff let me check the interior, cargo space, tires, and controls at my own pace, then suggested a test-drive route with both local streets and faster traffic. When I was ready to talk numbers, everything was laid out clearly and the payment stayed within the range we discussed. The vehicle was washed and ready when promised. I’ve already recommended 696 Cars to a coworker because the whole transaction felt honest, calm, and well organized.
