I put time into discussing a vehicle and financing, only to receive different information when I returned. Nobody was outright rude, but the mixed messages made me lose confidence in the deal and walk away.

I’m happy with the crossover I bought and everyone treated me well. The only drawback was waiting nearly an hour for the paperwork to get started, but the rest of the process was smooth.

I bought a used sedan here and had a really positive experience. The staff listened to my budget, showed me options that actually fit it, and never pushed me toward something more expensive. My car was cleaned up nicely before pickup, and the paperwork was explained clearly. I’d gladly shop here again.
