I had been shopping for a reliable used truck and was tired of pushy salespeople. My visit to 696 Cars was completely different. I was able to look over the truck at my own pace, take a solid test drive, and ask plenty of questions without feeling pressured. The salesperson showed me the history information and walked through the financing choices in plain language. Even the small scratches I noticed were discussed honestly instead of being dismissed. The paperwork was ready quickly, the truck was clean when I picked it up, and there were no last-minute surprises. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and remain very happy with my decision.

    Good car, long wait

    I’m happy with the crossover I bought and everyone treated me well. The only drawback was waiting nearly an hour for the paperwork to get started, but the rest of the process was smooth.
