I drove into Stuart to check out a vehicle I had been watching and was glad I made the trip. The car matched the description, was clean, and started up cold without any issues. I appreciated being allowed to inspect it carefully rather than being hurried along. The salesperson was relaxed, knew the basic service history, and answered my financing questions without talking in circles. Once I decided to buy, the paperwork moved at a reasonable pace and every charge was reviewed before I signed. They also followed up afterward to make sure everything was going well. The car has been dependable so far, and I would definitely consider 696 Cars again.

    Good car, long wait

    I’m happy with the crossover I bought and everyone treated me well. The only drawback was waiting nearly an hour for the paperwork to get started, but the rest of the process was smooth.

    Friendly and straightforward
