It was fine. They got the tires on, but the lobby was crowded and there was very little communication about how long it would actually take.

Fair pricing and quality work

Terrible experience with my appointment
I had a 9am appointment and they didn't even touch my car until 11am. Why have a booking system if you don't follow it? Waste of my day.

Slow service and poor communication
I waited over two hours for a simple balance. Nobody came to update me on the status. Pretty frustrated with the lack of urgency shown.
