Called ahead for a specific oil filter, they said it was there but couldn't find it when I arrived. Eventually got it, but wasted 20 minutes waiting.

Long lines and poor communication
Stood at the counter for 15 minutes while the staff ignored the line to talk amongst themselves. Very frustrating experience today.

Decent prices and good inventory
Nice shop with plenty of options for DIY mechanics. Prices are fair compared to the big box stores down the road.
