Terrible communication regarding parts
I was promised my part would arrive on Tuesday. It is now Friday and nobody has returned my calls. Very frustrated with the lack of transparency here.

Average experience with vehicle repairs
Service was okay but they forgot to reset my oil change light. Had to drive back the next day to get it fixed properly. Nice staff though.

Decent service but long wait
The work on my Ranger was done well, but the wait time was significantly longer than what I was told at drop-off. Good quality, just busy.
