The work on my SUV was fine but it took two hours just for an oil change. The desk staff seemed a bit overwhelmed today.

Poor communication regarding my car
Dropped my Ford off for a transmission issue and they kept it for three days without a single update. I had to call them repeatedly.

Fast oil change and inspection

Great staff and good service
Brought my truck in for a tire rotation and alignment. Everything was handled professionally and they even washed it before giving it back.
