Car came back dirty
Found grease stains on the seats after a routine oil change. Not acceptable for a luxury brand dealership. Very let down today.

Poor communication from service
Left my car for a standard check-up. They said it would be ready by 3, but I didn't get it back until the next day. No call or update.

Hidden charges on the bill
Noticed fees on my invoice that weren't discussed upfront. When I asked, the manager was defensive. Probably won't come back to this location.

Good service, just pricey
Lincoln service is top quality, but you definitely pay a premium for it. Still, I trust them with my car more than any local shop.
