Terrible communication from management
Nobody returned my calls regarding the title transfer. It has been three weeks and I still have not received it. Very unprofessional team.

Disappointed by the service follow up
I had a minor mechanical issue a week later and they were really unhelpful about scheduling a quick fix. Expected better after buying from them.
