Service was just okay
Had a simple repair done, and it took longer than I expected. The work was done well, but the waiting room was a bit messy, which didn't give a great impression.

Disappointing experience with parts
I ordered a specific tire and when I came to pick it up, it was the wrong size. They didn't even offer to rush the correct one. Not great for a place like this.

Poor communication regarding repair
