Dropped off my cart for service and it sat there for a week without them calling me back. When I went in person, they hadn't even ordered the parts. Unacceptable.

They were so helpful helping me pick out a new cart for my parents. They walked us through all the features and made the entire process so easy for us.

Had a simple repair done, and it took longer than I expected. The work was done well, but the waiting room was a bit messy, which didn't give a great impression.

I ordered a specific tire and when I came to pick it up, it was the wrong size. They didn't even offer to rush the correct one. Not great for a place like this.

Incredible service. I had a few questions about maintenance and they gave me all the info I needed to keep my cart running smoothly. Friendly and professional.
