Good gear but late

Never showed up for setup
Paid in advance and nobody came to set up our chairs. Wasted a whole morning waiting and couldn't get a refund.

Fantastic experience for our vacation
We loved having the luxury of chairs and an umbrella waiting for us. It made the entire trip stress-free and enjoyable.
