Was promised one price over the phone and then got slapped with a $1500 'dealer prep' fee when I arrived. Total bait and switch. Not cool.

Nice experience with the team
Very happy with my trade-in offer. They gave me more than the other dealers in town. The paperwork was fine but the wait was a bit long.
