Decent gear, spotty communication
The machine was fine but I had trouble getting hold of the office to extend my rental. Once I got through, they were helpful, but it shouldn't be so hard.

Equipment is solid but wait times long
The excavator I rented worked great for my site job, but the pickup process was a disaster. I waited for over 45 minutes just to get checked in.

Broken equipment and rude service
