The trencher they gave me stopped working after an hour. When I called to complain, the staff acted like it was my fault. Horrible experience.

Always get my earthmoving equipment from these folks. Reliable gear and they always have parts on hand if anything minor needs adjustment.

Decent gear, spotty communication
The machine was fine but I had trouble getting hold of the office to extend my rental. Once I got through, they were helpful, but it shouldn't be so hard.

Good gear, helpful staff
Staff is very knowledgeable about the machines. Just wish their online booking was a bit easier to use for checking real-time availability.
