i like to support local but the markup on simple parts is just too high compared to what you can find elsewhere. i might check back for sales later.

they sold me a part that clearly didnt fit my model even after i showed them the manual. then they refused a refund. totally shady business.

i got a weird vibe the second i walked in. not the most welcoming place for a beginner. definitely felt like i was being judged for asking questions.
