Loved the bikes they had in stock. It was a little tight in the showroom, but the staff were very helpful and answered all my questions.

Wait times were too long
Had an appointment for service, but they were running behind by over an hour. They didn't even acknowledge the wait. Very frustrating.

Lacking follow-up communication
I was promised a call back about parts that didn't arrive. Never heard back and had to chase them down myself. Poor follow-through.

Bike wasn't ready on time
I was promised the bike would be ready by Friday. I didn't get it until Tuesday with no apology for the delay. Not great service.
