Mixed results on installation
The lighting controls work fine, but the thermostat integration is glitchy. It took them three visits to finally get it mostly working.

Poor follow up service
Had a system update go wrong and they have been totally unresponsive to my repair request. It's been a week without a working doorbell camera.

Overpromised on smart features
They installed the home automation package but half the features don't sync with my phone. The installer seemed rushed and didn't show me how to use the app properly.

System keeps dropping connection
The smart home install looked good initially, but my security cameras go offline constantly. Tried calling support but just got sent to voicemail repeatedly.

Tech was unprofessional
The person who came to mount the system left drywall dust everywhere and didn't bother to clean up. Not the level of service I expected for the price.

Good security setup
Mike did a great job setting up our home security cameras. Very clear picture quality. One of the sensors was faulty but they replaced it the next day.

Seamless home integration
