They installed the home automation package but half the features don't sync with my phone. The installer seemed rushed and didn't show me how to use the app properly.

The lighting controls work fine, but the thermostat integration is glitchy. It took them three visits to finally get it mostly working.

Had a system update go wrong and they have been totally unresponsive to my repair request. It's been a week without a working doorbell camera.

They automated my entire house. Everything from the shades to the HVAC is synced. Professional, clean, and very helpful with the app setup.
