Good location and amenities

Safe and clean apartment
I feel very safe living here. The lighting in the parking lot is great and I never have any issues with noise. Love it here.

Poor communication and hidden fees
Management is impossible to reach. They added hidden fees to my utilities that weren't discussed at signing. Very disappointed in the lack of honesty.

Nice community, happy so far
Been here six months. Everything is functioning well. My only complaint is that visitor parking can be tricky on weekends, but otherwise a solid place.

Horrible management and mold issues
Do not live here. I had constant mold in my bathroom and management ignored my requests to fix it. Worst apartment complex experience ever.

Love living at Arlington Oaks
The management team here is top-notch. Any time I have an issue with my unit, maintenance is out there within 24 hours. Highly recommend.

Okay place but rent increases
The apartments are nice but they keep raising the rent every time my lease is up. It's getting harder to justify staying here.

Best value in the area
Compared to other spots in Lady Lake, you get a lot more for your money here. Maintenance is quick and the office staff actually cares.

Everything from the landscaping to the interior design of the units is great. I’ve enjoyed my stay here immensely so far.
