I really enjoy the pool area here. The neighbors are generally friendly and the location is close to everything I need in Lady Lake.

Quiet and well kept
I have been here for two years and it has been great. The grounds are always clean and it’s a very quiet community. Perfect for me.

Safe and clean apartment
I feel very safe living here. The lighting in the parking lot is great and I never have any issues with noise. Love it here.

Poor communication and hidden fees
Management is impossible to reach. They added hidden fees to my utilities that weren't discussed at signing. Very disappointed in the lack of honesty.

Professional and helpful office staff
The leasing office made my move-in process so smooth. Everything was ready when I got there and they answered all my questions perfectly.
