Dropped my car off at 8 am, was told it would be ready by noon. Didn't hear a word until 5 pm when I had to call them myself. Unprofessional.

Excellent service department
Brought my Corolla in for a brake job. They got me a shuttle ride home and finished the work well before the promised time. Highly satisfied.
