Took way too long
Sat in the waiting room for four hours just to sign the papers after already agreeing on the price. They need to get their administrative side figured out.

Hidden fees ruined the deal
Had a deal worked out on a sedan but the final paperwork showed nearly two grand in extra fees that weren't mentioned during the test drive. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency.
