Had a deal worked out on a sedan but the final paperwork showed nearly two grand in extra fees that weren't mentioned during the test drive. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency.

Sat in the waiting room for four hours just to sign the papers after already agreeing on the price. They need to get their administrative side figured out.

The selection of trucks is top-notch. Found a work truck that fit my budget perfectly. The whole staff was knowledgeable about the vehicle history which gave me peace of mind.

Five stars all the way. The finance team worked some magic on my interest rate and got me into a newer Civic. Definitely the best experience I've had at a dealer in Opa-locka.
