Dropped my Audi off for a simple sensor replacement and it took three weeks. They kept giving me excuses about backordered parts. Nobody answers the phone in service and I'm totally done with them.

Worked with Marcus on a trade-in and he was fair. I got a good deal on my new Q5. The finance process was a little slow, but overall I’m happy with the vehicle and the service.

I've tried multiple times to get a recall fixed and they keep telling me they don't have the parts. It has been six months. This place is a nightmare to deal with.

I bought my A3 from them and I love it. The team was transparent, honest, and very helpful. They even took time to show me how the tech features work after the papers were signed.

Once they sell you the car, you don't exist anymore. Tried to resolve an issue with the infotainment system and they couldn't care less. Very disappointed after spending so much money.
