Brought my Audi in for a sensor fix and they didn't have the part. Then they couldn't even give me a loaner. Total nightmare dealing with them.

Pushy finance office
I loved the car, but the finance guy was way too pushy with the extended warranty. It really soured what should have been a fun day.

Average service experience
Had a simple oil change done. It took way longer than they told me. Car was fine, but the wait time in the lounge was pretty boring.
