A very frustrating purchase

I regret buying here. The car looked fine during the test drive, but shortly after taking it home I noticed several issues that hadn’t been properly explained. When I called, I was passed around and told someone would get back to me. That never happened, so I had to keep chasing answers myself. What really upset me was the difference in attitude before and after the sale. Before signing, responses were quick. Afterward, I felt completely ignored. I understand that used vehicles aren’t perfect, but I expect honest communication and basic follow-through. Instead, I was left handling the problem on my own. Based on my experience, I would not return or recommend buying here.

    Mostly smooth process

    I came in to look at a used SUV I had seen online. The vehicle was clean, drove well, and matched the general description. Nobody hovered over me during the walk-around, which I appreciated, and my questions about financing were answered clearly. The paperwork took longer than I expected, especially after we had already agreed on the numbers, but everyone stayed polite and kept me updated. I also noticed the fuel tank was nearly empty when I left, which was a minor annoyance. Overall, I’m happy with the SUV and felt the deal was reasonable. I would shop here again, just plan on setting aside extra time.

    Disappointing follow-through

    I liked the vehicle and the test drive went fine, but communication dropped off once I started asking about a warning light. I had to call several times before getting an answer, and the explanation kept changing. The car may still work out, but the lack of follow-up made the whole purchase unnecessarily stressful.

    Not what I expected

    I drove over after confirming a vehicle was available, only to learn it wasn’t ready to be shown. I waited around and never got a clear explanation. The staff seemed more interested in steering me toward a different car than addressing why I came in. It felt like a wasted trip, and I left frustrated.

    Worth the drive

    I had been searching for a dependable commuter car and found one here that checked the important boxes. From the first walk-around through signing, the staff was relaxed, patient, and upfront about the process. They let me take a proper test drive, answered my questions about prior maintenance, and didn’t act annoyed when I wanted another look under the hood. The numbers were explained before the paperwork came out, with no last-minute pressure to add things I didn’t want. The car was clean inside and ready when promised. Buying used can be nerve-racking, but this was easily one of the better dealership experiences I’ve had. I’d gladly return for another vehicle.
