My experience went downhill as soon as the paperwork was complete. I had questions about documents I was still waiting on, but calls went unanswered and promised updates never came. When I finally reached someone, I got a vague response and no actual timeline. I had to make repeated attempts just to get basic information that should have been provided without a struggle. I’m angry because the staff was attentive and available while they were trying to close the sale, then suddenly impossible to reach afterward. That is not how customers should be treated. The vehicle itself is only part of the purchase; support matters too. I won’t be doing business here again.

    Mostly smooth process

    I came in to look at a used SUV I had seen online. The vehicle was clean, drove well, and matched the general description. Nobody hovered over me during the walk-around, which I appreciated, and my questions about financing were answered clearly. The paperwork took longer than I expected, especially after we had already agreed on the numbers, but everyone stayed polite and kept me updated. I also noticed the fuel tank was nearly empty when I left, which was a minor annoyance. Overall, I’m happy with the SUV and felt the deal was reasonable. I would shop here again, just plan on setting aside extra time.

    Disappointing follow-through

    I liked the vehicle and the test drive went fine, but communication dropped off once I started asking about a warning light. I had to call several times before getting an answer, and the explanation kept changing. The car may still work out, but the lack of follow-up made the whole purchase unnecessarily stressful.

    Not what I expected

    I drove over after confirming a vehicle was available, only to learn it wasn’t ready to be shown. I waited around and never got a clear explanation. The staff seemed more interested in steering me toward a different car than addressing why I came in. It felt like a wasted trip, and I left frustrated.

    Worth the drive

    I had been searching for a dependable commuter car and found one here that checked the important boxes. From the first walk-around through signing, the staff was relaxed, patient, and upfront about the process. They let me take a proper test drive, answered my questions about prior maintenance, and didn’t act annoyed when I wanted another look under the hood. The numbers were explained before the paperwork came out, with no last-minute pressure to add things I didn’t want. The car was clean inside and ready when promised. Buying used can be nerve-racking, but this was easily one of the better dealership experiences I’ve had. I’d gladly return for another vehicle.
