Hidden fees ruined the deal
Was promised one price and then they added over a thousand dollars in junk fees when it came time to sign. Very shady business practices. Walked out and bought elsewhere.

Great selection of used Smarts
Found a clean 2016 Smart Fortwo here. The staff was friendly, though the wait for the finance manager took about 45 minutes even with an appointment. Otherwise a solid experience.

Disappointed with the post sale service
Bought a car here three weeks ago and the A/C already failed. They told me to go elsewhere for repairs because it's 'not their problem' anymore. Very frustrated with this lack of support.
