Bought a car here three weeks ago and the A/C already failed. They told me to go elsewhere for repairs because it's 'not their problem' anymore. Very frustrated with this lack of support.

Traded in my old sedan for a Smart car. They gave me a fair value for my trade and everything was handled professionally. Just wish the lot was a bit easier to navigate.

Was promised one price and then they added over a thousand dollars in junk fees when it came time to sign. Very shady business practices. Walked out and bought elsewhere.
