Terrible customer experience during sale
The salesperson was condescending and rude. Once they realized I had my own financing, they practically ignored me. Never going back.

Horrible communication regarding my repair
My car sat for four days without a single update. When I finally got through, the part wasn't even ordered yet. Totally unacceptable service.
