Terrible service experience
I waited over four hours for an oil change that I booked in advance. No apology from the advisor and they forgot to reset my reminder light.

Overpriced repair work
They quoted me a huge price for a simple sensor replacement. I checked elsewhere and it was way cheaper. Felt like they were gouging me.
