In and out in under an hour for an oil change. They even wiped down the bike before pulling it out front. Good attention to detail here.

Waited forever
Appt meant nothing. Stood around for an hour just to check my bike in. Nobody seemed to know what was going on. Place is a total mess right now.

Good selection of gear
