They had the specific gaming controller I needed in stock when everywhere else was sold out. Store was clean and organized. Prices are fine for what you get.

Solid help with my tv
Came in to look at oled screens. Greg walked me through the different specs and didnt push the most expensive one. Very helpful guy. Prices felt fair for the quality.

Waited forever for help
Stood at the counter for twenty minutes waiting for someone to unlock a cabinet. Ended up just walking out. No one even apologized or looked my way while I stood there.

Too busy to assist
Store was packed on a saturday. Found what I wanted but had to wait in a long checkout line. The staff was nice but clearly stressed out by the holiday crowds.
