Needed a new hdmi cable and found one quick. The layout changed so it took a minute to find the right aisle. Employees were busy helping others, but overall it was a standard trip.

Came in to look at oled screens. Greg walked me through the different specs and didnt push the most expensive one. Very helpful guy. Prices felt fair for the quality.

Stood at the counter for twenty minutes waiting for someone to unlock a cabinet. Ended up just walking out. No one even apologized or looked my way while I stood there.

Store was packed on a saturday. Found what I wanted but had to wait in a long checkout line. The staff was nice but clearly stressed out by the holiday crowds.
