Staff was rude and didn't care that I'd been waiting for thirty minutes. Finally just left the store without the item I needed. Won't be coming back.

Broken item out of box
Bought a camera that wouldn't even turn on. Had to wait in the return line for nearly an hour. Not happy with the product or the service.

Excellent service department
They handled a complex repair on my sound system with ease. Very professional, clearly experts at what they do. I wouldn't take my gear anywhere else.

Confusing inventory online
Site said it was in stock but it wasn't. Had to wait 20 minutes for a manager to check the back. Frustrating day, but eventually got my laptop.

Decent place for tech
Pretty good selection and the staff knows their products. Only downside is the checkout line can get pretty long, but they move it as fast as they can.
