Good deal on open box
Found a great TV for a decent price. The staff helped me load it into my SUV safely. The box was a bit banged up but the unit is perfect.

Mixed experience with staff
Products are good for the price but the floor staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. I had to wait ten minutes just to get someone to unlock the display case.

The checkout line is always too long because there is usually only one register open. They have good stuff, but the process is slow.
