Good deal on open box
Found a great TV for a decent price. The staff helped me load it into my SUV safely. The box was a bit banged up but the unit is perfect.

Mixed experience with staff

Waste of time and money
Drove out here specifically for an item listed as 'in stock' online, only to find out it had been sold hours ago. No one bothered to update the system.

Wait times are brutal
The checkout line is always too long because there is usually only one register open. They have good stuff, but the process is slow.
