Took my bike in for an oil change and they managed to strip the drain plug. Had to take it somewhere else to fix their mistake.

Won't be back
The mechanic didn't listen to the issue I described and fixed something totally unrelated instead. Wasted money and my bike still isn't fixed right.

Never going back again
They kept my bike for three weeks and never called me once. When I finally got it back, it was still having the same starting issues.
