The price for a tire rotation was way higher than quoted. When I asked why, they just pointed to the sign and said that is the rate.

Friendly and efficient
I came in for my 10k mile service. The lobby is nice and they have free coffee. Work was finished in about an hour. Good experience.

Bad experience with service desk
Waited forever to check in and the clerk was rude about my appointment. Had to talk to a manager just to get my oil change started.
