Furniture was damaged
Got home and realized the legs on my chair were cracked. I tried calling but got no help. Disappointing experience after being a regular customer.

Waited forever for service
Stood in the shop for twenty minutes while the staff talked in the back. No one acknowledged me. I ended up leaving without buying anything.
